Summery : The
recent opening of Mustang, is an
ancient Himalayan kingdom with some
of the largest Tibetan Buddhist
gompas to tourists has meant that
it is a new destination for those
seeking true adventure among the
raw and untamed lands that leaves
newcomers with a hint of emancipation,
not only from worldly cares but
spiritually too. It is where you
can find the perfect blend of company
not only among the people but also
with the isolation, serenity, and
the breathtaking scenery. The upheavals
of nature here has sculpted the
land into contrasts of rocky hills,
icy deserts and wide pastures garlanded
with turquoise lakes and rivers
of that lament of days gone by.
