All tour itineraries which are equally suitable for all
age groups but trek itineraries are designed and classified according
to their difficulty and duration. Trek days are planned carefully so that
you have time to stand and stare as well as acclimatize to the high altitudes.
The latter is most important since altitude sickness can not only ruin
your holiday but prove fatal as well.
E- Easy: 5 or 6 hours walking up and down in your
pace through hills up to 3000 meters of altitude, about 10 kilometers
per day for a week.
M- Moderate About 7 hours walking up and down
in your pace through hill and on snowline up to 5000 meters of altitude,
about 10 to 15 kilometers per day for two about weeks.
T- Tough 7 or 8 hours walking up and down in your
pace through high passes exceed 5000 meters of altitude, about 10 to 15
kilometers per day for about three weeks. Physically preparation is important
as the route involves trekking above snowline and on glaciers for which
you must be fully equipped with complete sets of climbing equipment.
C-Challenging This includes basic mountaineering, climbing
trekking peaks, normally 8 hours of walking and climbing per day on 4000
meters and few days through high passes of beyond 5000 meters, physically
preparation is must required with previous experience of climbing is an
