Summery: The
Dhaulagiri circuit is a very rewarding
but not at all an easy trek. In
fact it comes under 'difficult'
treks. Participants must have previous
trekking and climbing experience.
The route involves trekking in snow
and on glaciers for which members
must be fully equipped with complete
sets of climbing equipment. The
field staff and porters also must
be well clothed. For Porters food,
tents, cooking stoves must be carried
for campsites at the base camps
where no food or local houses are
available.
Itinerary:
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu
airport. Reception and transfer
to hotel.
Day 02 : A.M.
Sightseeing tours to Kathmandu PM:
A briefing will be held for all
the participants to discuss the
programme and other relevant details.
Day 03: BENI (860m)
: Am drive from Kathmandu to
Beni for overnight and commence
trek next day.
Day 21: POKHARA
: Trek concludes at Nayapul
then a drive back to Pokhara. Day
at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 22 : Drive
to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel.
Rest at leisure.
Day 23 : Departure
transfer to airport.
